Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds work for bookings made through HandpickCoach.

1. Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule a booking for free up to 48 hours before the session's start time. Within 48 hours of the session, the booking is non-refundable, since the coach has reserved that time for you.

2. Coach cancellations

If a coach cancels a confirmed session, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method, or the option to rebook another time slot at no extra cost.

3. No-shows

If you don't show up for a confirmed session without cancelling in advance, the session is treated as completed and is non-refundable.

4. Disputes

If a session didn't go as described, or you believe a coach misrepresented their qualifications, contact us within 7 days of the session at hello@handpickcoach.com with details, and we'll review the booking and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
