How much does it cost to list my profile?
Listing is free while we're growing in Singapore. We'll always tell you clearly before introducing any fees.
How long does verification take?
Usually a few business days once you've submitted your certification documents (First Aid for sports coaches, relevant qualifications for tutors and arts instructors) and ID.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes — you set your own rate per lesson and can change it any time.
What if my First Aid certification expires?
We'll email you before it expires. Profiles with expired certifications are temporarily hidden from search until renewed.
Do I need NROC registration?
Not required, but strongly recommended for sports with an established NROC pathway — it shows as a badge on your profile and tends to build trust faster with parents.
How do I get paid?
Right now, payment is arranged directly between you and the student when you confirm a booking. In-platform payments are on our roadmap.
